Returns to Atlas Case must be shipped freight pre-paid. Please call Atlas customer service toll-free at 888-325-2199 within 30 days of your invoice date and obtain an RMA number for your return. An Atlas service representative will fax you a completed RMA form and this must be sent along with your returned case(s). Please be sure that the assigned RMA number is clearly written on the outside of each carton/package. Cases will not be received without an RMA number. The case(s) must be packaged well to prevent shipping damage on the return trip. Use original boxing if in good condition. All foam cushioning, literature, accessories, and hardware originally shipped must be returned unless otherwise arranged. Any missing items or damage could result in a partial forfeiture of your refund. If you are returning a non-defective product, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.Custom, customized, or special order items, are not accepted for return. Atlas will issue refund payment in the same form as your original payment. |
