Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Charges to your credit card will be made when the item(s) in your order are ready to ship.
- Company Check
Tax Exemption
Tax exempt invoices must be reported and tax exempt certificates received by Atlas Case within 14 days of your invoice date. No tax credits will be issued past 14 days of the invoice date.
Cancelations
Some items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once ordered. These items include but are not limited to;
- Custom ATA fabricated cases
- Custom polyethylene cases
- Custom foam interiors
- Any case that has been altered or modified due to the customer’s request; ie extra handles, latches, wheels or any foam glued into the case.
- Special colors not stocked by Atlas Case from any case manufacturer
- Any Zero rotationally molded cases (Transitainer, Warrior Rackmounts, Aluminum or Panelized Cases)
Damaged or Defective Product
Damaged product must be reported to your shipper upon receipt of the order. Damage NOT reported by you may result in refund shortages and or delays in receiving replacement item(s).
Defective products must be evaluated by Atlas Case. Shipping damage does not constitute as being defective.
Manufacturer Warranties
Atlas Case Products
Atlas Case offers a 1 year manufacturing defect warranty on all ATA fabricated and polyethylene fabricated cases. These defects do not include any damage due to shipping or abuse of these cases.
Pelican Products

SKB Cases

Parker Plastics Cases
Parker Plastics offers a 1 year manufacturer’s defect warranty on all of their cases. This warranty only covers the plastic and the frame of the case and does not cover the latches, handles or wheels. These defects do not include any damage due to shipping or abuse of these cases.
Limited Liability
Atlas Case’s liability is limited to the cases and products only and does not cover its contents or foam no matter if it is standard or custom foam. None of the manufacturer’s offered on our website cover the contents inside the cases. What you put in the cases to protect is still solely your responsibility.
