All online orders will be processed within 48 hours during business hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm MST. If we have any issues with your order then you will be contacted by an Atlas Case representative within that same 48 hour timeframe.

During the online quoting and purchasing process you will have a choice between different shipping options. Different carriers that us we include;

  • UPS Ground (Preferred for small packages or orders)
  • USPS
  • FedEx Freight (Preferred for large packages or orders)
  • UPS Freight
  • Old Dominion Freight
  • And others

We normally use UPS Ground for small items and small quantity shipments but we could also use FedEx Ground or USPS if requested by the customer. We could also use your shipping account number if you would like to have the charges directed to you instead of added to your invoice from Atlas Case.

If you are looking to order large cases or a large quantity of cases please contact a representative at Atlas Case before or after you have processed your order to discuss the best shipping options for your order. All shipping charges are final and cannot be disputed or challenged by the customer so if you feel the charges are incorrect please contact Atlas Case before you complete your purchase. If special delivery instructions are required (ie: inside delivery, lift gate, delivery notification, or other requirements) need to be discussed with Atlas Case before the order is placed to avoid any confusion or additional costs which would be the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

Atlas Case will use its best discretion to assist you in any shipping requirements based on the size, weight or final destination of the order. If we can consolidate the order of multiple items to save on shipping we will most definitely do so, sometimes this is not possible but if there is a way to decrease the cost of shipping for your order we will be sure to find it.
